Tashn stores the stuff it needs to run your crew's games: your profile, the games you play, and the reactions you send. Everything stays scoped to the addas you're in. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and nothing here follows you around other sites. Two hosted tools do see your activity, one for crash reports and one for product analytics, and both are named below.

From sign-in.Your email address, plus your display name and avatar when you sign in with Google. You can sign in with Google or a one-time email code, and link more than one email to your account; we store each linked address.
From gameplay.The matches you play, who was on which side, every goal and position switch, and reactions you send or receive. This is the product, not a side channel.
Operational telemetry.Error reports and usage events so we can debug crashes and see which surfaces get used. Crash reports go to Sentry; product analytics go to PostHog, on their EU servers. Once you're signed in these are tied to your user ID and stay scoped to your Adda. Neither tool is sent your email address.
Beta access requests.If you ask to join the private beta, the request form (a Google Form) collects your name, email, and how you plan to use Tashn. That goes to Google, not our database, and we use it only to decide access.
Default-off.No location, no contacts, no microphone, no camera, no device fingerprint. No advertising SDKs, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Storage.Stored in Supabase (Postgres). Every Adda is isolated by row-level security: only members of an Adda can read your gameplay rows in it. Your public profile (name, avatar) is visible to the addas you're in; your email is not.
Cookies.Two kinds, both first-party. Sign-in cookies keep you logged in and the app can't work without them. PostHog sets one analytics cookie holding a random ID, so a repeat visit counts as one person rather than two; it carries no name or email. Your browser's local storage also holds preferences like theme and sound. None of it is an advertising cookie and none of it goes to an ad network.
Logout.Log out from the More tab at any time; that clears your session on this device.
Deletion & export.Not self-serve yet. While we get there, your Adda owner can remove you from the roster, which hides your profile from new games. Email us for a hard delete and we'll do it manually.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll bump the "last updated" date above. For anything material we'll keep the previous version archived on request.
